Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ZeroLimitAI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You must not share your account or allow others to use your plan limits on your behalf.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@zerolimitai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Circumvent plan limits or rate limits through automation.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties or of ZeroLimitAI.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.

Free trial: 3 days of access with no payment required. The trial ends automatically; no charges are made at expiry.

Lifetime plans: A one-time payment grants access to the plan tier purchased for as long as ZeroLimitAI operates the Service as a commercially active product. "Lifetime" is subject to the following conditions:

• The Service must remain commercially viable. In the event of a permanent service shutdown, lifetime access holders will receive at least 90 days notice by email.
• Lifetime access does not entitle you to features introduced under a higher tier unless you have purchased the corresponding upgrade.
• Abuse of the platform (including but not limited to API scraping, reselling access, or systematic limit circumvention) may result in termination without refund.

Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have sent fewer than 50 messages. Subscription months that have already been billed are non-refundable. To request a refund, email hello@zerolimitai.com.

Responses generated by AI models are provided "as-is". ZeroLimitAI makes no representations about their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of the content you submit ("Input"). You grant ZeroLimitAI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your Inputs solely to provide the Service. We do not use your Inputs to train AI models.

AI-generated output ("Output") may not be original and similar outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Output complies with applicable law, including intellectual property laws.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control (e.g., third-party model provider outages). We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroLimitAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
